Athletics are moving to the Rank One app for athletic paperwork. As you get your physicals, IQ, etc completed, you will upload them to this app. Please follow the following steps to get set up. This is required. The district sent out this a few weeks ago. Now is the time to get things uploaded as you are getting physicals done over the summer.

Great news for our secondary families with student athletes!
The Kuna School District is launching Rank One, a new, easier way to submit student athletic and required PE physical forms - all in one convenient place.
This new system will replace the previous process and will serve as the primary location for submitting participation paperwork moving forward.
All parents of Kuna School District secondary (6-12) athletes will use this system to upload forms.

Who needs to submit forms in Rank One?

Rank One registration is required for:

All 7th grade students who need to submit a physical for athletics
All 9th grade student athletes
All 11th grade student athletes
Any student participating in school athletics (grades 7–12)

Families should submit physical forms directly in Rank One - not at the school office.

How to activate your Rank One account

Below is a step by step guide. You will need your student athletes' student ID number (found in PowerSchool) and their birthdate.
1. Go to the Rank One login page2. Select Add Student3. Enter your student’s Date of Birth and Student ID number4. Select Start Forms5. Upload your student’s physical and required participation documents
